Are you an individual or organisation seeking supervision for your counselling or coaching provision? I am an accredited counsellor (level 7+), and hold a fitness to practice supervision qualification (level 6) in Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision including online and telephone work. I offer a FREE in depth conversation to explore your supervision needs and current client work. Call me on 07902890700. I offer cost effective supervision for trainee counsellors, as well as support and challenge for more experienced therapists, both in person and online. I am experienced and qualified in: counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, life coaching and nutrition. I am familiar with a wide range of client issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement and relationship difficulties. I use Hawkin & Shohet’s supervisory model, which opens up different relational perspectives for you in your client work. I can support therapists in their integrative, psychodynamic or person centred practice (also additional CBT). Specialisms include:- research into mind-body connections, working with neurodiversity, the relationship between nutrition and mental health, as well as bereavement work. Supervision is an essential reflective process holding multiple ethical functions, and as a BACP accredited counsellor I abide by the BACP’s ethical framework for the counselling professions.

Whether you’re a trainee, newly qualified or experienced therapist, we would use our first supervisory session to explore how to support and develop your client work and your performance. I ensure I understand how to provide a safe and stimulating environment for you to grow as a therapist, and embed a safe and competent practice.
